Co-Owner/Rowan University Assistant Coach
Stockton University Woman of the Year (2018) and NCAA Woman of the Year nominee, Lex is a former two-sport collegiate athlete turned championship coach who represents the Power 7 standard. She currently serves as the Assistant Softball Coach at Rowan University, contributing to a 5th-place finish at the 2025 NCAA DIII World Series. At Power 7, Lex blends elite playing experience with athlete-first, data-driven coaching that emphasizes movement efficiency and mobility. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and is educated in Motor Preferences (MPE), allowing her to coach with precision, intention, and adaptability.
